I used to go to the specialized therapy with my shoulders using shock waves and such and I have never felt the same sense of relief and FREEDOM in the shoulders up to today!!! I will so do this often. It is just perfect. Thank you <3
ОтветитьThe breathing exercise in the beginning made the part of my back between my shoulders more grounded (flat) on the yogamat. Super exercise.

ОтветитьFirst time to do this sequence and im very happy with it. My shoulder is pretty stiff and this one kinda loosen them a little bit. I can definitely feel the stretch. ❤

The breathing exercise was amazing. I definitely felt it in a big way…after mucking horse stalls all week this was exactly what I needed. I’ll probably do that breathing exercise every day!

140123 I have a tendancy to favour hip openers because all the poses we have just done feel so uncomfortable to do. I have decided I need to work on getting more flexible shoulders too. The breathing at the beginning was ok, hard to do belly breaths when the lower back is actively pressing against the mat, but ok. The shoulder twist & puppy were pretty intense. The beginning of a new yoga chapter for me. Thank you. Namaste.
ОтветитьThe breathing excercise was really good, the whole video was great! I have had frozen shoulder in both shoulders and struggle with stiffness. This was the best excercises ever for flexibility and mobility. I am so grateful for your effort Kassandra. Lots of love ❤❤❤

ОтветитьDefinitely felt the breathing exercise! I weight train and recently injured my shoulder. On top of that I’ve got a horrid cold which is making everything in my chest and shoulders feel tight. This flow was exactly what I needed! The twinge in my shoulder feels better already so will be returning to this flow whilst I recover and when I start weight training again as clearly my shoulders need some tlc! Thanks Kassandra!

ОтветитьThis was an amazing class! I've been struggling with a pretty gnarly neck and shoulder injury (caused by thoracic outlet syndrome) for the last 9 months, and it's only now beginning to feel somewhat normal again if still tight.
The breathing exercise felt easy for me, however, I did notice immediate popping in my upper back during the first breath round. I felt the most opening during the Eagle Arms pose at the end. It felt like the stiffness in my neck and shoulders was finally getting some much-needed breathing room.
I'm going to keep this class in regular rotation during my healing. Thanks for another fantastic session, Kassandra!

ОтветитьLet me tell you! After making 3 regular sweet potato pies, 1 vegan sweet potato pie, 36 sweet potato biscuits, and a loaf of sweet potato bread in 2 days this stretch was AMAZING. 😂 It's almost too good to be true❤

You are the best yoga instructor on you tube. I have a few of your morning routines on my playlist, I'm adding this even though it's not aimed at mornings it was fantastic as l often wake with a sore shoulder especially in the winter when we are more hunched up to keep warm (well l am).

ОтветитьI did feel a stretch during the breathing exercise. It was a bit tough to keep pressing my back to the floor, but once I did I even felt a crack in my upper back.

ОтветитьI was working a physically demanding job with repeated movement it has left my shoulders so stiff and in pain my first time doing these stretches thank you soo much they already feel more flexible
