I'm sorry, but this is hard to follow. I know you mean well, but you're going way too fast and need to explain more. Mention the buttons you're using to get what additions you're trying for. All I want is a square box with a raised floor and porch on the sides, but this didn't help. I'm sorry, but slow down and I think it would be much better.

I Love Windows!!! I want as Big as I can put in each room. I even build an A-frame once that is All Major Windows. I simply put bathrooms on the inside walls for privacy where appropriate. People like that house and my Sim just Loved it. She had her happy on all day and night. So, sorry I am using Lots of windows. Your tips for dormers and roofs are perfect! They have helped me so very much in my humble building projects so thank you so very much for your videos….. I learn from you all the time. Smile ;)😅❤🐈

idk if anyone in the comments has said this but the free rotation cheat you need to be under the sims 3 camera! it only works there :)

Tried it didnt work so its not. "really simple" or easy i hate when someone says that crap

I agree. i was finding it hard to build a house in sims 4 at first. im used to building them in sims freeplay and I can build them quickly in freeplay but I my first build in sims 4 I made the house way too big and it has so much wasted space everywhere. thinking about demolishing it and starting over

Thanks. I got the game a few days ago and I couldn't figure out how to raise the house up to see the foundations. I immediately built a house for the two siblings I made. Did they each need a seperate room and bathroom that I spent almost all of the money on? No. But I wanted to.

I just really started enjoying playing Sims 4, but I think a few things have changed since this video was uploaded ... I cannot seem to add a foundation for example.

I literally brung my phone into my studio and gaming room I guess and copied it!!!! I did give you credit on a sign inside the house (get it by going to the cheat bar and pressing bb.writeit) and its super fancy too! keep making videos
