The place I work for has a substance use center and when I got hired they told us a "funny story" from 2020. They got in a shipment of hand sanitizer and put a bottle in every office and every building. Well everyone realized real quick that this sanitizer was not going to work... because it smelled like vodka. The head nurse apparently scrambled around trying to gather up every bottle before it could trigger a substance use client. Both a funny and not funny story but I always imagine the nurse just SPRINTING down the halls with arms full of sanitizer bottles😅
