Strep bacteria doesn't care how healthy and active someone is. This strain is scary. It's the little invisible
bugs that will get us in the end.

There was also a young single Mom who had strep and didn't realize it. She was admitted to hospital extremely sick, with menagitis. She lost 3 limbs. This isn't as rare as they say.
