I really like your channel and i need a help..am taking biotin tablet and b12 tablet even I took vitamin d tablets..I had vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficiency when I done my blood test last 11 months back..and am taking these tablets from almost 8 months I took two months break..my hair fall started again..now am taking tablets from almost one month again but still there is serve hair loss.. please help me how I can control my hair loss.

Where does one purchase some of the leaves and seeds? I know that you can't buy them from most neighbor market. The ginger is pretty much abundant everywhere, but the rest of the ingredients... Not so much.

I put gingerjuice and coconut oil on my scalp each day for hair regrowth, do I really have to schampo every day afterwards? Schampo is not good for hair as it contains chemicals, sulfates, I only use once a week. Is it good still if I don't schampo my hair after adding gingerjuice but only wash with cold water? The ginger cleans the scalp, why use schampo?

I began using lityleextra reactivate hair growth serum which has rosemary because my hair had been rapidly falling out due to stress and such. I was just looking for anything to try, and this turned out to be advised, thus I decided for it. Inside a few days, I saw significantly less hair loss when I comb my hair. I additionally observed where I initiated getting patches of loss, there was new growth. It actually irritate my skin a bit right near the forehead hairline, so I use a band to avoid it from running down as also keeping the head tilted back during application.
