Faire la promotion du Louvre et de La Joconde, mais ne pas mentionner Le Musée d'Orsay, le musée Rodin ou le Musée Marmottan Monet; il faut le faire. Le Louvre est beaucoup trop grand pour visiter en 3 à 4 heures. Il faut vraiment faire un choix à l'avance de ce que l'on veut voir. Cette idée de passer un bon moment dans les jardins chantés par Joe Dassin est par contre excellente.

We arrived in Japan yesterday after a 4-day visit to Paris. Thank you very much for the video, it was incredibly helpful during our first trip to Paris which we thoroughly enjoyed. We even had the opportunity to dine at Café Dalayrao.

Paris is safe and the people are very nice and helpful to tourist like us whose French is very limited. I would go back there again. What I would do differently is… arrive in France on Monday and depart on Sunday. Why? So that I can enjoy the one week ticket for 5 zones. You will use the ticket to the fullest and ride their transportation unlimited. Four nights with three days is not enough to enjoy the best of France. Don’t forget to
bring your picture for the weekly metro pass. Buying your ticket with time stamp online really helped us. There’s a assigned line for your scheduled time and don’t be late…. It’s a long line but they make sure everybody gets in.

Really wish I could have this information 10 years ago on my first trip to Paris, which was a disaster, spoilt my dreams of Paris, stayed at a dismal place, ate all the wrong stuff, my first entry into Paris was from London on the Eurostar at Gard Du Nord which I was disgusted with the stink at the station.

Why don't you start an Agency to do tours, guides or even so people can contact you to book them hotels tours prior to visiting.

If you are traveling with people who are not morning people, what are the tips to avoid crowds at the Louvre and Versailles?

As someone who visited Paris several times for both work and pleasure, I can assure you that you'd be stupid if you take an Uber or a Taxi in Paris, unless of course if you're going to the airport, because the traffic is horrible and the Paris metro system is one of the best in the world, it can get you wherever you wanna go in Paris, and except for some big stations like Châtelet, it's quite easy to know how to get to the metro line you wanna take, and you can use CityMapper to know which lines you need to take to go from a place to another.

My Mum was born and raised in Bordeaux. My husband and I travel to France quite often. Anyone who’s watching this… take their advice. My husband didn’t listen to me once whilst we visited the Eiffel Tower, and he was pickpocketed after taking thousands out of an ATM. I warned him! I dislike tour buses and would NEVER travel in such a manner. I get up early and there are no lines to wait in. Speaking French fluently helps, as that’s all Mum speaks in the home. We like to go in April or May. We do what we want and have a really nice time. I like using the Metro. People WILL harass you and pretend to be Uber drivers, but they’re simply scam artists. We usually fly into Rome, stay at the Pantheon Hotel, travel around Italy and then take the train to France. It’s a beautiful trip. This video is full of excellent tips! Listen to these people! ♥️
