My opinion:

Super Mario Kart:

Mario Circuit 1= It's a serviceable enough introduction, C tier
Mario Circuit 2= An easy standout because of the big jump at the end, B tier
Mario Circuit 3= Very similar to Mario Circuit 1 but slightly better, C tier
Mario Circuit 4= Slightly better version of Mario Circuit 3, C tier

64:

Mario Raceway= A classic and an overall decent Mario Circuit, B tier

Super Circuit:

Mario Circuit= An overall very bland inclusion, D tier
Mario Circuits 1-4= All go in D tier except for 2, which I will give a C and yes the order is 2, 4, 3, 1

Double Dash:

Mario Circuit= A pretty good one, B tier

Mario Kart DS:

Mario Circuit= Another good Mario Circuit, B tier
SNES Mario Circuit 1= Very bland and way too short, D tier

Mario Kart Wii:

Mario Circuit= Decent enough, B tier
N64 Mario Raceway= Very similar to the original, B tier
GCN Mario Circuit= An improvement over an already solid course, A tier
SNES Mario Circuit 3= A slight downgrade from the original, C tier

Mario Kart 7:

Mario Circuit= My favorite Mario Circuit in the entire series because it has so much to offer such as the cherry blossoms to going inside Peach's castle, S tier
SNES Mario Circuit 2= Even better than the original although still pretty simple visually, B tier

Mario Kart 8:

Mario Circuit= The morbius strip is cool but the rest is kind of generic, B tier
GBA Mario Circuit= Way better than the original but still mostly generic other than the ultra hands, B tier
SNES Mario Circuit 3= Easily the most pointless inclusion and it looks considerably worse than all previous versions, F tier
DS Mario Circuit= A really solid remake of an already above average Mario Circuit, A tier

One tiny OCD nitpick I have about the MK8 remake of the GBA Mario Circuit is that the trees are growing at an angle that suggests that that part of the track is usually left in its raised position instead of being lowered when not in use. So then…why is it in the lowered position just to be raised again before the race to begin with?

Is it me or Mario Circuit 3 track layout looks like pi which is 3.14… which rounds to 3. The Mario Kart lore is crazy

I genuinely love Mario Circuit 3 in MK8D because it’s just a fun go-kart track with some good turns, a fun racing line and not much in the way of gimmicks to shake up races. It’s one of the best RACING tracks for Mario Kart in my opinion - but I understand that isn’t necessarily what others look for in Mario Kart.

6 minutes in and I hope I’m being trolled. Shoving all the SMK and 64 circuits into C tier? Someone lacks the real context of what we had to play with back in the 1990’s.

why i read: ranking every mario haircut

Mario and Luigi Circuits seems to have a lot of references from real life European Circuit. The very first Mario Circuit looks like Henggroning to me, and it seems to be proved with some of its remake and new version in newer games looks like incorporated more features from this track.
The Luigi Circuit have a lot of early Italian track references, and the Luigi Circuit in Mario Kart Wii is just basically the current layout of Autodromo Nazionale Monza without chicanes.

Odyssey should rank all of the "spooky" tracks in mariokart as a halloween special.

The amount of cutting audio to say something negative over a black and white, black, or smaller format in a different tone is too damn high in this video, like annoyingly so 🙄

Fun fact Mario Circuit 3 was the first course coded into Super Mario Kart making it the very first Mario Kart track ever (I know how you may feel about it but it does provide some explanation for why it has appeared so much)
