I cut the stems completely off. Grab the end of the cup hard pinch and bend in half to break the suction. She didnt even mentioned ANYTHING about breaking the suction which is the most important part 😫. That’s what leads to anxiety about getting it out. You have to grasp and pinch the bottom and bend the cup to make the sealed edges become uneven and breaks the seal. Pull out up right, dump and wipe out with toilet paper. No mess ever.

No . Do NOT carry to the sink of a public restroom. Thats gross. Just wipe the cup out with toilet paper. Wipe yourself, and proceed to reinsert. Its very handy to carry a little hand sanitizer with you in your purse in case you get blood on your hands, but with more practice, you should not have much mess and simply open bathroom stall door one handed 😂 go to sink calmly and wash hands well.

It’s not that easy actually 😢 I have tried it it’s way too difficult to remove. It’s better than pads or tampons but it’s very difficult to remove the cup 😢😢 I was comfortable and spotless too but when it comes to removing the cup I freaked out…. I think there should be part which should kept outside only so that pulling out cup can be much easier.

I think these cups are an dirty, filthy and a dangerous idea! 'Filthy' due to the amount of bacteria that WILL amount on the cup after being touched by your hands with germs and buy using cups in unsanitary conditions, like in desperate times... I think cups will prove an outbreak of infections in the near future?, also i feel horrible to say such heartbreaking factors! "but" i think they are potentially dangerous if a female is subjected to Rape! this will definitely put you in hospital for not just to obtain Id, but to also have somebody's stranger fingers entering inside you, And just after being subjected to (R) but to know retrieve the dam cup!!!
