Getting Rid of Bing in Windows Search

I have Windows 10 still (no plans to go to Windows 11) and I followed your instructions exactly and guess what? I STILL have that freaking Bing! So, thinking that I maybe did something wrong I downloaded your file and ran it. Same results. So how do I get rid of that f***ing Big Search?

NOOO! it worked for a day, now it is back, even if I type in Google Search box, it comes up bing every time. This is so frustrating.

Finally!!! Even when I used my Google search engine it would automatically go to Bing. This started about a month ago and I've been fighting it ever since. All my settings show chrome, not bing. I have been going online and trying to find someone who knew how to get rid of it. No one helped me. Until you! Now when I use my Google search engine I get Google, not bing!! Yay!!

Leo, I did this and yes it removes bing from the search window below. But, when I go into chrome and do a search it comes back every time as bing, and I do not want Bing! Please help me

It was one the better Videos i have watch could understand your English, however it did not work. I had to revert back to and 2.5 year old laptop because i need to send my new one in for power repair, (not important info) i bought a window 10 in both tops and upgrade to 11. could that me a reason it did not work. Like i said i followed you steps and when i search for coffee got the garbage again. Never-the-less it did not work. I am going report again. and hope for the best. Hope you respond soon.

I found a spyware removal tool to do it. I had a bing redirect on my browser. It could not be turned off

Thank you for this. I've never understood why windows does this. if I mistroke a file path in the explorer it opens bing... Im trying to search my hardrive. Its so random and unnecessary. It might as well open the calculator. And why if im searching my system/hard drive do I need to go on the internet? Do people really search the internet by opening the Start window?! I'm a working professional and when I want to go on the internet, I open a web browser app.

THE SEARCH BOX DID NOT REMOVE

rebooted and Bing is still there, went back and checked path and it is done according to your instructions, copy n paste DisableSearchBoxSuggestions change value to 1 no luck
