How to Fix ERR TOO MANY REDIRECTS

This technique is not working for me, all browsers are giving me this error. Even updated the network adapter driver. I worked for 5 min, after refreshing the specific website it gave me this damn error again. Is there another solution?

ok so i did this and it did get rid of the redirect screen but now im having trouble with logging back into my account. [this issue is on instagram] can u pls make a video on that im really scared of loosing my acc pls help :(
