All great advice! Independent musicians are their own business for sure and need to look at it that way if they want to succeed on their own without a label. The better they market themselves and their brand through socials the more we can all enjoy the new music. We all have to help out by liking and sharing this content their creating too of course.

I learned to love content creation almost as much as I love making music. In a "perfect world," it would be amazing to do nothing but make music all day and have our bills paid, but content creation is a free tool that we can use to begin monetizing our craft. I don't get why people think that's a bad thing.

Would love to hear about how people are releasing collaborations and approaching release, marketing etc … I have a collaboration in the works and haven’t tackled that yet! Thanks for a great and informative video!
