Someone with his power could have easily taken care of the famine issue even though we know he wouldn’t. That would have been annoying for Kaido and yet Greenbull shys away from him. Crazy.. I don’t care what people say, Greenbull is my favorite admiral by far. He isn’t the strongest, most charismatic or cooler looking. He is my favorite because of how Oda uses him to represent what he wants to say about the marines and the world government and of even our world, in such a creative and cool way! Also I personally love his character design and personality, I knew we needed and admiral like him to give balance to the personalities from admirals
