This show is truly exceptional! The lead actor deserves an Oscar for his outstanding performance. It stands as the greatest series I've ever experienced, and I've seen quite a few. Fantastic work! I've been captivated from start to finish and can't get enough of Snowfall. Please, give us another season. Some scenes are so powerful they almost bring me to tears.

First comes pride. All characters in this show had exactly that, or at least majoirty. Teddy and Franklin had to develop themselves into monsters of their own egos, to get to where they were in the end.

But Franklin would've went to prison or died anyways had he went against teddy before when Alton went to Cuba. He could've shot him there but didn't cuz he thought he could trust him. He thought teddy was gone after Irene and Alton leaked the info.. So he moved on. He was changing, trying to be better. That scene of him dropping the cane infront of mel's face season 4? Him standing on his own again needing nobody.

Pride in others, led to betrayal. Betrayal, leads to rage. Rage turns to hate. Hate turns to resentment. And resentment, ultimately, leads to destruction.

its sad how pride and greed lead everybody to their downfalls if franklin listened to V after he lost his 37 mil he would have made it out fine but he didnt, he just wanted his money back everything he worked for everything he sacrificed for and he was willing to make more sacrifices for it. to the point where he lost his mind he wasnt thinking rationally and this led to his fall. he could have made it out fine he still had 800k in cash but he didnt listen. not only this but the destructive path he was on sunk everybody near him. his mom is in jail, alton is dead, louis wanted to be her own boss and that also led to her downfall, jerome died because of something franklin did. the family that he wanted to protect is no longer with him and in the end he even failed to realize that. he even failed to realize that he could still make a future with V and his unborn child by legitimate real estate business.

This is such a rigorous series. My take is that Franklin didn’t fall because of pride but because he got too greedy when he had the whole world and still wanted more. Brother could’ve wrapped things up and leave the country with his girl and Mom, but no.
