Hello, I wonder why would you need to do a backup when the WP already have post revision feature?

What sort of back-up was that? Wordpress saves revisions by default to save you doing that. Then use a full back-up solution like backup buddy

I program HTML/CSS but I needed to build a blog site so I purchased the Avada WordPress theme.  I thought it would be simple and intuitive.  It's not.  WordPress is a pile of confusing garbage that builds clunky, slow websites.  Somebody needs to build a simple blog "widget" that can be cut and paste into a regular website.  That is the day that WordPress will go out of business.
