ОтветитьI know the best way is to probably give it a go. But I suffer from vertigo, and not sure if I can actually try aerial yoga. I have heard it can help doing certain exercises on the silks.

ОтветитьThank you for this workout! Very much enjoying your other routines. Two questions- 1) this routine had 4-5 interruptions with adds. I have never seen so many in a short 10 minute space before, very poor for working out with! Is there any way to decrease this? 2) Your instructions are very clear, I would love to see longer aerial routines for 30-45 minutes, do you have any plans to do this?

ОтветитьThank you for this video! I think the only thing that would make it better would be to have some sort of audio cue when you're changing to a different movement. Not having it means I have to keep twisting my body around wrong to try to see the screen or know when you're moving.
