WINNER 🥇 This was amazing Julia!!!! And I love any where the bretzel stretch is added in! That move does wonders on my back. Loved every single moment of this. Again. I love mobility that is more the 10-20 minute mark. Perfecto

This one is now one of my favorites from you. Now it’s a toss up between this and the 12 minute spinal mobility one. 🤔

Thank you so much for your dedication! This program is something I am really enjoying. I do hope to see more workouts to try as well. My favorite is upper body. Lol. Probably because I can see the results 😂

I'm a day behind, but I'm moving forward with this! Love the way the individual videos are fitting into their own mobility program. Its fitting nicely into my Daoyin training, as I work through the Bear System of Yin Style Baguazhang. Thank you!

This is a great Mobility Routine, I tell everyone at the gym to watch these videos and do the routines. The music is wonderful as well. I use this routine before my gym workouts.
