Will it overwrite any coding if were to upgrade it like this? Say for example a plugin like ACF if I were to upgrade will it overwrite all my settings on ACF?

Hi, it didn't work for me, from Theme Forest I downloaded "installable WP file only" and saved zip file to my desktop, I then followed your video but keep getting plugin installation failed. Can you please advise what I am doing wrong. I am pretty new to WP.

Hi I have a question, what if the original theme doesnt have a theme then all of a sudden the new one have a child theme? how will I be able to keep my original setting if there's a child theme in the update?

Can the plugin be deleted after the upgrade/download of themes?

the updated version keep the previous settings? and lets say we upgrade but we see that the new version sucks and we need to downgrade the downgraded version keep the settings we had?
