Lol tbf for her waves question, I live on an island where we don't get large enough waves for surfing at our beaches. I assume it has something to do with all the reefs but I've never done any research for as to why. Its a a shame too since you wouldn't run into sharks here (except for at night I've heard) it'd probably be great for surfing otherwise.
