Absolute rubbish. Surfshark is identified by BBC, ITV, SKY, and NOW TV outside of the UK. Absolute waste of money.

Surf shark poor cheap vpn. No live support. Any time get disconnected makes vulnerable. After network reset it operates 2 days and again couldn't connect error. Didn't recommend with privacy issues and very limited countries access. Express, Nord, Hotspot Shield and other vpn are better with privacy

After trying them for a while, gotta say it's excellent. The Price is great. The app is fantastic, as it's intuitive, really easy to use and has all the features I would want. Speeds are just terrific. No problem ever getting and maintaining a connection. And so far used email customer service twice and got a response within an hour or so. Just no complaints thus far.

Why everybody afraid with 14 eyes club? Yes the company is in virgin island which is under british crown, how about the server?...just use orbot for smartphone and tor browser no need to burn your money with some routing and all isp also use VPN..

I would not use this vpn. It's slow, it logs and it's slow.

Surfshark is not a transparent company!! So why would you trust them? They messed up my files and gmail account that is still not being fixed after 4 weeks!! Surfshark is a scam.

Tried for months it never worked for me slowed my fiber network to a complete stop. Couldn’t stream anything. Not sure where all these good reviews are coming from! They are paying reviewers for sure (not accusing you] I contacted them and always received quick responses but none of their solutions worked. Feel like a sucker falling for the 2 year deal.

Are you sure about who actually owns it if the bottom line of a VPN is all about privacy? How do you rate that aspect about Surfshark then?

There is something that should be of concern regarding Surfshark, Express, and Nord: transparency.. All three VPN companies are top-tier and offer excellent services but little is known about their officers and corporations other than the fact that two (Express and Surfshark) are located in the British Virgin Islands and Nord is located in Panama. This is certainly something that warrants caution on the part of consumers and I would suggest would be a good subject for future videos to investigate them.

I would avoid this VPN! Their tech support is substandard, they have a major problem with their app, they (Ralph) admitted it too me! They wasted several hours of my time, gave me the run around with bullshit sites that are meaningless or are too high tech for the average person. So unless you want substandard support, and a run around then I would avoid them!!

Very angry with the review. I purchased 2²years and surfshark is unstable unusable on Android and Windows. The speed good down after some hours and other compatibility problems.
