Great work. The downstairs living rooms grey floors do not go with the rooms though, don't like the look. A warmer wood color would've matched. Kitchen looks fantastic.

Please can you make sure if you are renting , as landlords you MUST compile to the new fire regulations and have a FD30 fire door for the front door fitted … if your doing HMO , every front door needs a fire door …

In my industry I see this all the time where landlords to do comply ..
