ОтветитьI also like the way Sanjyot Keer religiously uses old-world type ke copper utensils for cooking. Our g'moms & mom's hv always told us that some amt of "dhaatu" (metal traces) must go into our body daily for its healthy functioning...which is why today, even manufacturers advertise the benefits of drinking water from copper bottles.
Again requesting u to re-post all earlier videos with processes for the recipe running @ the bottom, with ur wonderful voice....bcoz there's no substitute for that !!! & that cute cap is ur trademark.... DON'T EVER DO AWAY WITH IT, OK? Anupama Roy, Mumbai.❤❤❤
What's the remedy if u realise too late that the aloos u have boiled for parathas r the "new", sticky variety, which, if used as it is as stuffing, will ooze out & make a mess as u roll out the roti? Will adding a bit of rice flour help? Plz gv a solution ASAP. Thnx.

ОтветитьDelicious. I do not add red chilly powder since green chillies are being added and the color of the filling turns red. Prefer it without the red chilly powder.
