Dynamic Chart Label Million to Billion with Conditional Formatting

Please help...I'm using data labels..in label options I'm selecting values from cells..in my data i have zeros and 0.2.. 0.9.. 0.6... 0.3...i want to hide zeros only .. how to do it?

Thanks for sharing this! Do you know how to deal with negatives in the same chart? I have tried to add severeal other conditions in case of negative in million and it only accepted 3 conditions, not more... Thanks for your help.
