One tip that might help is to research macros for the class you want to play, and practice with any new macros you've made. This is a great time to do so as the ptr is allowing free level 60s on the pvp version. Its surprising how many people use addons but never bother with macros.

Warriors are probably the class that benifits most from macros (stance dancing)but any class can be helped. Macroing your healer to heal on mouseover for example, or your rogue to vanish while in combat but stealth while not. Many things can be done, and they'll improve gameplay a lot.
