How To Use Google Icons in Squarespace // 100+ Free Icons for Squarespace - Any Version!

I defiantly feel like I am missing something? I followed the instructions to a T and no matter what I do the icons don't show up with regular code or even markdown.. and I am running 7.1 as well... I know these codes are tricky in that one character can throw it all off and its been messing with my head because I double and triple checked.. still nothing?

Awesome! Do you know how we can add an icon to the navigation? I want to add a right arrow beside my navigation links. I don't how to do this with FontAwesome but I'm struggling with Google Icons!
