ОтветитьThis was actually really easy, I’ve been trying to do some basic yoga for a while but my back and knees are so worn out even just doing like a basic pose on the ground hurts. But this is perfect for the mornings, a great start for someone like me who has never done yoga (let alone stretching lol) and only started for about a week! Thanks ❤

ОтветитьAfter a week of sleep on a cheap bed in a guest room my upper back and neck were so stiff I had to take some time for yoga. This video really helped and I’m looking forward to repeating it a few more times! Recently I’ve been looking for new teachers ( I’ve been a die hard Adriene fan for years b/c she’s awesome but she has plenty of success and I’m missing out on SO MANY amazing offerings) and I keep landing on your videos. I’ve really been enjoying your sequencing and your cues and pace are easy to follow. XXOO
