ОтветитьI see All rope videos then my weight automatic lose 😂😂😂
ОтветитьThis Is extremely hard
ОтветитьAnother x 3 🥵💦
ОтветитьRemember, everyday this isn't getting easy you're getting STRONGER
ОтветитьAwesome training! I almost died, it's true, but I'm feeling great now! Thanks! I'm looking forward for the next training! 💪🏻
ОтветитьDay 1 😊 let's go heart hoping ♥️
Ответить@JumpEopeDudes just bought the power and lean sets and want to get started.
Ответить"you really feel it coming"
ОтветитьIts more of 20min my pace is a little slow but I will manage
ОтветитьI don't know if you will see this but do you have a timer or do you just have a good mental timer?
ОтветитьBeen doing them every day for the past two months. Started as a total beginner pausing the video, now I can say I finish the video without pausing l!!!! 🎉 God bless you JUMP ROPE DUDES
ОтветитьMy rope cost me 1 pound so it’s a 1 pound rope?
ОтветитьJust did this for the first time today. Had to take a long break in the middle. But I did it. Holy shit, I’m exhausted
ОтветитьFor beginner , take 20 seconds as break. 10 second break is not sufficient to move on next exercise
ОтветитьJRD, how many calories do you estimate you burn with this workout? Thanks.
ОтветитьIs it work for loosing weight?
ОтветитьGreat workout. I’m typing this out of breath. Deff adding this to my routine. Jump rope is much harder than I remember. Needed a good cardio start up to get back into after a long gym break to lose some body fat! Thanks!
ОтветитьThanks for the video. I started with rope exercises yesterday after 1 year of I having my baby 😅😂. Hopefully it will help me with my body ❤
ОтветитьKriss Cross makes you want ta
ОтветитьFirst Day
14-08-23
planning to do it three times a week. well see how we go:)
This looks like a good beginner JR workout .I'm 57 and looking forward to my first 10 minute non stop run ! The positive comments are very inspiring too . Thanks for posting this .
ОтветитьAwesome thank you Pittman
ОтветитьI did it👍💪
ОтветитьAnother sweaty x 3 rounds. One day I'll do more than the regular bounce 🤣
ОтветитьI’m recovering from a leg injury that kept me on one leg for almost the past two months. Nothing serious just a dumb accident. This WAS my warm up exercise, now it’s the main exercise I use to test my strength. I’m a lil more more breathy than I remember but so far so good lol Thanks for the vid !
ОтветитьCan you tell what shoes you are wearing ? Thanks
ОтветитьThis video is not easy for beginners
ОтветитьThanks a lot for this! Planning to do this 3x a day to reach my 30 minute goal, even if I’m straight garbage at jump rope.
ОтветитьOut of breath finished this with a few longer breaks but i finished ....my belly is sweating i wore a waist band on to do this....im drenched in sweat and love this fat burning feeling i felt like a pro towards the 10th minute .....this has helped me alot i will be adding this to my daily work out ...Thanks 😘
Ответить👍
ОтветитьI just bought a jump rope..
ОтветитьThis has been a great incorporation to my daily workouts. I do it at the end of my cardio workouts to add some extra calorie burning. I love how quick it is. I work up a good sweat every time
Ответитьhow is this a warm up ... my roomate had to pick me up from the floor lol!
ОтветитьWill using the rope on cement damage the rope?
Ответитьmy problem is the rope keep getting caught by my feet so i tend to force my hops to hop higher
ОтветитьI survived the entire video. But it also might be due to the fact that i’m 14 and stuff. But it felt great and now i can finally see my abs appearing day by day. 💪🏻🗿
Ответитьheart affected release
ОтветитьHas anyone seen avg calories burned??
ОтветитьThis looks like an excellent warm-up before my morning runs.
ОтветитьThank you very much
Ответитьnice video. I’ll try it right now.
ОтветитьI did it
ОтветитьI've been back working out for 2 months now. 220lbs 5'8 woman. And I JUST got throught this easier than I thought could only to 6 girly knee push-ups but..I FUCKING DID IT!! WOW IM STRONG AND PUMPED! Now gonna workout..great warmup for me.
ОтветитьHe did this while talking the whole time...he's fit af.
ОтветитьI am very grateful for making this wonderful and complete video, in addition to helping many people, it teaches us to respect the necessary rest during physical exercises, it is always very important to keep the body or brain oxygenated 😊 detail in the video shows that in addition to jumping the rope, it also changes the exercise a little, I learned a lot from it too differentiating the physical exercises helps to activate the other parts of the body, the important thing is to push yourself in, not forgetting to keep breathing constantly
ОтветитьLoved this. I just started jumping rope. This was challenging but still realistic for a beginner like me. Your got yourself another subscriber, bro!
