What kind of the rack that you are using?
Ответитьnever thought about using the IEM to have a wireless speaker. Great idea
ОтветитьWhat model of monitors and case are you using for this build?
ОтветитьWhat is the monitors and the rack case used?
ОтветитьNice & Thanks :)
ОтветитьSwissonic rack mount router from thomann may be worth a look.
ОтветитьWell the edge router pro I believe has 8 ports and is a router but it's a lot more performance then tou need
ОтветитьNobody REALLY talks enough about wireless audio
ОтветитьI feel not enough people go into detail about:
1. Wireless mic setup and equipment that includes adjusting gain control for interviews
2. Livestream and/or recording setups that also include at least 1 virtual guest where the live and virtual people can all see and hear each other (harder on recording than live).
Who Makes the Speaker Stand. I found that stand but no company label on it...
ОтветитьGood video. Thanks. Please share info or link for the thin monitors.
ОтветитьVery portable :) how much it weight?
ОтветитьLook at the unifi dream machine pro for a 1u router and switch combination
ОтветитьGreat video! Love the setup.
ОтветитьGreat video. How do you connect the ball heads to the monitor. I purchased one from you link but cannot figure out how it connects to the monitor. Thanks.
Ответитьwhat is the link for the sliding rack shelf?
ОтветитьGreat work, its really cool that you are taking the time to share this expertise. Really enjoying watching your videos
ОтветитьOne improvement suggestion... Needs suitcase wheels. Also, maybe some HDMI transmitters instead of all the cables.
Ответитьdo you get any audio delays when you connect the audio mixer to the ATEM mini?
ОтветитьDo you have a link to the monitors?
ОтветитьHey man, awesome video! Can you tell me what's the mount you using on the ronin and the battery? I have them both and have never thought about mounting them together.
Ответитьhand cart - priceless.
ОтветитьWhat brand and model are those monitors?
ОтветитьHow much is this full rig?
ОтветитьRackmount switches fall between "Small Business" & "Enterprise" deployment considerations. You are most likely not going to find one which ties a wireless routing solution to a switch (That's a GREAT thing)...
Between the amount of devices in those racks which would likely begin creating shielded barricade at the initial transceiving point. It'd be FAR better to go 1u switch -> Wireless access point -> mount access point to a speaker stand or anything really outside of your case. Even a sliding shelf that slides out of the front of your case (if you can block off that area)...Or just on the table beside it. You don't want to limit your wifi range from the very beginning. :-)
P.S. Please consider a Twitter profile as well... (many of us who have any cursory network focus, at all will REFUSE to engage a Zuckerberg network). And, This platform is already "hit or miss" to state the very least) due to security concerns.
Best wishes (Dig your ingenuity).
Dang... No "WHEELED" solution?
ОтветитьFAIL
Ответитьmy setup is super similar to yours and I'm using a cisco sg350 with poe and a cheap wireless router i had laying around. This way we can use dante avio dongles and connect with larger dante audio networks but still have our own wifi to control the touch mix if we want to
ОтветитьDude, I love your monitor magnet setup. Question, what did you use to grab onto the those fragile monitors to attach them to the head. Looks like you glued something o the back? Anyway great content and, a subscriber is born!
ОтветитьLOL I've got the same rack. It's a beast even unloaded!
ОтветитьShould review YoloBox!
ОтветитьUbiquity has a series or 1RU routers called edge routers that should be just what you asked for.
ОтветитьSir can you PLEASE PLEASE show how "when you run several mics through your mixer and you sync all mics to all cameras to perform a multi camera shoot. --- Please explain - in fact do a video on it - I am trying to shoot live events of bands meetings etc with multicams but im stuck on how each camera is sync. I know how to do 1 camera so do u individual sync each one at a time... thanks in advance
ОтветитьGreat stuff! I just used my travel case for it's first shoot this past week and I absolutely love being basically 90% setup on arrival.
ОтветитьBahaha that's not portable bros lol
ОтветитьGreat setup and so compact. I’m loving my ATEM Mini Extreme ISO. Keep up the great content and ideas. I love being creative.
ОтветитьUnless I missed something I can't see a link to the make of the rack case itself. Can you let me know where I can get one please. Thanks
ОтветитьThanks for sharing. You guys have been a big help in helping us make some decisions. What rack are you using for this setup?
ОтветитьI think the slim monitors with magnetic cups are a great idea, for backup monitors, but I wouldn't use them as main because they seem to get lots of reflections and they are not calibrated, nevertheless nice idea there. As for the rack, you said it yourself, it weights too much and doing that kind of work will strain your back in no time. You can't always expect someone to help you out so I believe making it lighter it's a must, try to take the heavy stuff out and put it into second rack with wheels, that will lower the position of the atem and you'll be able to switch more comfortably, especially if you are sitting down. As for the pelican my only critic is that you should really transport the ronin in its own case fully packed, these things cost money and the better you take care of them the longer you'll be able to use them, the same goes for every piece of gear, including cables so having them attached to the flycase and hanging off it's a really bad idea, not only you risk of damaging the connectors of the unit but also the cable itself, get a patch panel and do it safely. Remember you don't save time because you have almost everything preassembled, you waste a lot of time if anything of your system gets damaged or broken and you don't have time to fix it nor anything to replace it
ОтветитьMikrotik for a gb switch/router/WAP
Ответитьubiqiuti has the dream machine pro. Has an 8port switch and is a verh capable router. But to be fair I think you are better of with a cloud key, USG, a POE switch and an AP. yes that’s a lot of devices, but then you have POE as well to power an AP directly.
Otherwise Mikrotik has some very interesting devices. Maybe a RB3011 would suit your needs. 10x gigabit, usb port to use a 4G dongle (maybe phone support).
RB4011IGS has built in wireless AC but I don’t know if it fits in a 19” rack.
Looks like needs some detachable wheels for that case
Ответитьthe qlxd is nise - but the real challenge is to find 4 ch audio lightweight
ОтветитьI am building something similar to this and was looking at a EdgeRouter 10 or 12 since it is rack mount capable.
ОтветитьGreat video and setup! Can you make an in-depth video of your audio system pls? talkback audio from talent , etc. Thanks!
ОтветитьDefinitely grab yourself a Unifi Dream Machine Pro as your 8 port switch and router!!! You could even pair this with a Nighthawk 5G and venue provided Ethernet since it has a double WAN connection for failover or potentially bonding (not experimented with if this is available yet on mine)
ОтветитьGlad you already have your ATEM Mini Extreme ISO, myself still waiting, delivery date unkown...
