It would be cool if there was a way to combine this mod with Extended Timeline. It would be even cooler if Extended timeline could go back all the way to the dawn of civilization and play as like bell-beaker folk or natufians and then colonize the ancient world and split into later tribes, like celts and canaanites.

To understand a bit better why Rome did so well in its early times, it was originally a federation of three tribes (Velienses, Latinienses and the Querquetulani) installed on the classical seven hills. It was then since its origins around the IX/VIIIth century BC one of the biggest agglomeration of central italy and one of the most populous. Because Hebrew does not have written vowels they spell the name as YHWH (1) (2) when the Latin culture got their hands on the word they "Latinized" it and added vowels. Hence, from that, we have Jehovah, Yehovah, or Yahweh (Jahaveh, Jahve, Jahveh, Jahweh, Yahve, Yahveh, Yahwe).

(2) It is not appropriate to spell the name out. Jews traditionally do not pronounce it, and instead refer to God as HaShem, literally "the Name"
