I appreciate how this is not only helpful to the person hiring, but is considerate of the applicants. I'd like to develop a mutually beneficial relationship with an editor.
ОтветитьThis is great
ОтветитьCan you recommend?
ОтветитьThank you so much! Again, so helpful and time-saving!
ОтветитьCan i find one please
ОтветитьThis is incredibly helpful, thank you!!
ОтветитьI just saw a video of yours from 3 years ago. I can say that you are more jacked now 👊Thank you for the great content for online creators! Your each sentence adds value.
ОтветитьAwesome work
ОтветитьWhat a great video! 👍😄
ОтветитьEver since update to the new version of Davinci Resolve 18.5.6 has anyone else notice problems with removal of green screens ? it is removing everything ( or adding everything ).
It is unable to tell the differences between the typical green screen with good lighting, and white and mat white finish tables, brown masking tape, duct tape, and a variety of other objects which are not remotely looking green ( even large items ), not the same light as the green screen, and on a table far away from the green screen.
Or even large items infront of the green screen that are not remotely green.
What are the different / new techniques needed in order to remove a green screen these days ?
Also how to remove the green tinge from around objects.
Free version - not studio version of Davinci Resolve 18.5.6.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Is the affiliate with Amazon the same as a reviewer scanning products in your home I see? Do you have a video with that?
ОтветитьGreat info, but it raises some questions: How many hours on average, to edit a typical video? (Can't estimate what an editor will cost without knowing that). What is the elapsed calendar time (not edit time) to turnaround a video from start to finish? Do you send all files and receive all files back, or are you using a proxy workflow? If plugins are needed, does the editor have to own them? If you use broll libraries for music or stock footage, how is that coordinated?
Would you consider testing more than one editor by hiring them to do the same exact project and compare the results? Wondering if that might be more cost effective than trying one editor and then another if the results are acceptable?
Great video. Many thanks team. All the best in 2024.
ОтветитьHi Justin and Mike! Did you have a chance to check on my links issues? I sent you a message earlier regarding my Amazon links.
Ответитьsome pricetags would have been nice...
ОтветитьNice reminder of a step I need to take. The appropriate use of very stock footage is a testament to the talents of the editor of this video. Lastly, a classic T-shirt is the icing on the cake. <grin>.
Ответитьgood video on hiring certainly helps with workflow and teamwork, informative content
ОтветитьGreat video Justin - i post a video once a week or 4 each month, is it worth hiring an editor ?
ОтветитьGreat job. This video helped me a lot structuring my coming hiring process. Thanks for the template.
ОтветитьOh yeah, I forgot to say you do a great job and helped me a lot over the past few years.
ОтветитьI am not convinced. I don't want to give someone I don't know my money for something I can learn myself, even if they might do it better. As a matter of fact, many successful channels don't even edit their videos. I am talking channels with over 1 million subscribers. Since I am a small channel, I don't need to hire people to do my work for me. Only after I am a huge channel seems more realistic.
ОтветитьHiring a couple of editors for my business definitely helped me scale more than I ever could have with having just me working with clients!
ОтветитьI would love to hire an editor, but I feel like from my Astro photography channel if I’m doing a product review that I mention specific cameras, or telescopes and accessories, etc while I’m editing, I’ll just go online and find photos or dig through images. I’ve taken myself, and I kind of do it all on the fly.
I don’t know how somebody who isn’t an expert in the subject to be able to do that.
And if I had to go in and pick out all the photos and tell them exactly where they should go, that would take more work than just doing it myself
Thanks
ОтветитьQuick and easy??? Nothing related to the hiring process described here is remotely easy or quick.
ОтветитьAnother great video Justin and thanks 👍 for the tips on hiring a video editor, it's appreciated. Nothing wrong with having a criteria for hiring someone because you want a good high standard quality job done.
ОтветитьGood job I appreciate it❤️
ОтветитьAwesome job man 👨
ОтветитьGreat video - very timely to some promises I made to myself and my services team this year. This saved me a ton of time! Thank you for the great content.
ОтветитьGreat! Thanks for this video today!!!
ОтветитьLet AI do that
ОтветитьWHAT!?
