I got a email from HR after my supervisor came to check in on me since the only other MA for our clinic has been out sick since last Friday. Made the wrong kind of suicide joke. Yay 😅

Yesterday, I heard a pornstar veterinarian say that veterinarian have a huge suicide rate too because of euthanasia, screaming patients, and stress. She's from Australia.

Her name is Charlie forde. She was on a podcast I saw.

I've been listening to a lot of videos on insomnia lately trying to figure out why I can't sleep through the night. It is amazing how many deficiencies are linked with depression. If your struggling, step 1 is to make sure you are eating right and taking a good quality supplement. And get your levels tested. Vit D and magnesium are just 2 supplements linked to depression and insomnia. I'm taking extra of both.

Yes for both . Staff needs to be checked on also. A nurse recently jumped from a parking garage in our nursing community and two techs attempted to unalive themselves also. 😢 mental health, knowing how to balance work, home life and stress is important.

My latest doctor did that sudo science bullshit on me and because im an Introvert she claimed im suicidal and depressed......... im not in any way. I dont like being around people. My medical records state i have social anxiety. If she read that i wouldnt have gone thru all the bullshit i did and now she has been terminated from that practice. An Introvert is not a cry for help........

How many times as a substitute teacher have I heard to de escalate students because they have trauma. They do, but I do too. Who de escalates me? Me. Yeah. So I have to be a trauma therapist for 20 plus students and also myself while getting paid next to nothing. And people ask me all the time why I don’t work more. 🙄If only they knew that I was. Once again, on me. How else can I be there for them?

I can’t believe there’s no minimum time limit for involuntary commitment patients who threaten suicide. I get a lot of people get so mad or upset and say they’re gonna kill themself, but even half a day talking to a doc or whoever for a few mins of course they’re gonna deny it and make an excuse. It’s the time sitting and thinking that helps them open up. I just can’t believe they just let ppl go after one evaluation.
