It is literally like they made it specifically for me down to the smallest things.

I love history, warfare, diplomacy, government, etc. Even the fact that the markets in the game actually matter & are useful.

In so many games today the markets are redundant & serve really no purpose.

This guide is good for new players to mount and blade completely and returning players from warband like myself

How can you win with just peasants - I don’t think the party cap reaches 1000+ for your character and I’ve seen armies with those numbers run around often - even if I could have 1000 peasants the higher skilled infantry of other armies wipes out my peasants no contest I think you certainly need higher standard tropps

under a minute in and you got a sub - the player balances this game, it's just a matter of working with or against the various systems and mechanics. What I wouldn't give for a JSawyer-style mod that didn't slant the game so much towards what the devs think we want and gave us a straight sandbox that didn't treat us like the chosen one or give us 6 consecutive towns as the new kid on the block. Getting virtually everything handed to us makes for little relative sense of achievement albeit the hacky, slashy, pokey parts are incredibly fun still.. The Ai is, quite literally, the complete opposite of what it implies - it's really, really dumb. In a variety of places too; the battlefield, the minds of the rulers and Nobles alike.. 'One more turn' - it is highly likely that anyone playing this game with lose track of time, It's bloody good fun, if imperfect.

If only this game could merge with chivalry 2. The combat in bannerlord is total dogshit. I'm playing on xbox and it also has to be one of the buggiest games I've ever played when it comes to combat.
