Sadhguru, my ears often get blocked especially when Im talking (sometimes on left side, sometimes on right side), its really broke my focus and disturbing me when Im working.. but my ears are comingback very well in night time.. Im having sinuses issue, I can release my pain in eyes and forehead by massage, but I dont know how to unblocked my ears to get normal again in noon.. It would be helpfull if you know how to solve this and share to me.. Thank you Sadhguru🙏
