This is kind of breathe work is what sets Yoga Kundalini style which reckon it is, from other internal arts such as Chi Gong, Wim Hof (basic) and others like box breathing. The inclusion of chakras takes it to subtle level engaging the mind body and spirit. I have done exercises like this b4 and its not for everyone. I look at this as a gift or tool to getting closer to the divine self. BREATHE IS LIFE and without it WE SURELY DIE. Thankyou!
