Laravel 5.6 and React JS - Create Component

hello! I have an error with the url of axios.get, because I have the function index inside the controllers folder so I dont know how to call it, please help

I can't use the component User on welcome.blade.php, I don't know what's happend, so I try putting the info exactly equals as you, or exactly equals like the Example component, or even using the Example component with the html changed, and I still can't, do you know if I have to reconfigure something.
Cause I change the tags on Example component, and the page is still showing the first initial component

if you problems with this tutorial, run " npm run watch " in your directory . this is working for me .

I have one problem in react project only main url working .

Please why we need install and insert axios to the app.js file js ? .command "preset" of laravel installed axios and defined to the bootstrap .file js
