I hate the fact that they are releasing these in packs because it’s draining my cod points.

Sniper is spot on but the Deagle doesn’t sound anything like it used to in MW22009

does this affect the scorestreak sound too and the tacticals like the first audio pack?

I wonder if other people hear it or they just hear the default gun sounds.

The deagle sound is definently from classic mw3 and not classic mw2. This is already a rip-off but good lord there is no effort here

Yeah its off by a few octaves and the post sound effect of the sniper itself covers up the sound its trying to imitate. Not worth it.

I don't understand. I just don't. None of the throwback weapons have sounded the same as the old one. They're specifically advertised as having the old sounds. COme on how hard is this, its literally REUSING THE AUDIO FILES. How hard is that??

Original Intervention from MW2 have Silencer on it, on this pack when u puy Silencer sound not work...

Doesn’t sound like the intervention at all. Just look back at the old videos. Intervention sounds way better then this audio pack

After playing a couple hours with the audio here’s the thing. Yes, it does sound like the OG Intervention, however the sound changes ever so slightly due to the game’s atmosphere such as going in doors being in an echoy location or when being wounded all effect the sound because that’s how this game works. Headshot sound effects were I thing I wish I could turn off since release and it’s the biggest issue impacting the sound. Turing the hit markers to og helps with the deep tone at the end of shots like the og but playing with no hit marker sounds at all doesn’t sound far off, modern hit markers make the shots sound cheap.

The fact is the game has too much environmental impact for the audio to ever sound exactly 1:1 but this is a good audio pack. I have also tested it by playing it side by side on my 360 with the older MW2 and it’s identical. I’ve heard that the deagle is based on MW3 but I really can’t tell. I didn’t play a lot of MW3 as I always just felt 2 was better.

For my taste, OG Intervention and Deagle from MW2 2009 still sound (much higher pitch) and look better.

I can hear the intervention, it sound's beefy and I like that, but the deagle just...That thing sounds like a CSS Deagle.

Is this just for 2 weapons ?

Paying for SOUNDS LMAO Sounds that were there in 2009... and they STILL sound hardly nothing like the OG sounds theyre trying to imitate. Perfect example of the state of the gaming industry. And also a good example of the low IQ drones who purchase this BS

Imagine poorly overlaying a sound that your community loves on a gun and then charging it for 1200 cod points when the closest pack is 1100 which is $15AUD

Idk why cod decided to stray away from the unique sounds they gave each gun. Now they all sound somewhat the same and the only differences between them are fire rate, caliber, and silenced.

So for MW 3 and 2, do you need to keep the class set up you are given to have the sounds or you can change your set up.

Wish the inter sounded more like the inter from multiplayer and not from the campaign.
