They should live in my country Sweden, they would get away with murder because we dont put children to prision. Nowdays gangmembers giving guns to 14-16 to kill other gangmembers because they know they will not get punish for it. I hope we can lower the age so also kids can get punish when they do adult crimes.

When kids aren’t punished for actions this is what happens. The parents of some of them are just as guilty. They aren’t sorry they are mad they got caught and had to deal with the consequences of their actions.

I think the 2nd case is more, that Jacob felt extremely bad for not being able to save his baby brother. If you have a teenager that is autistic, or has a disability, it leaves a high risk that the child they are looking for, will be in danger. He seems rlly remorseful, and sorry.

Dylan Schumaher didn't mean to kill that beautiful boy. That's why we must be careful with children. Dylan Schumaher did love that wonderful boy and accidental death should be considered. I hope that whole family heals. Dylan is not a criminal.

Most boys I know are obsessed with fire. Whenever our youth group had a bonfire it was always the boys standing around poking it and throwing things into it. Not sure how I feel about the boy who started the fire.

Back in the early nineties in NSW Australia , a man was shot during a botched mugging. The next morning when the two men arrested for the crime were facing thier first hearing, the girlfriend of the victim (eye witness) stated that neither of the two were the muggers. They were found by the police in a park nearby passed out drunk and charged with the murder.
Aprx six months later they were convicted even though the girlfriend still said it wasn't them. The muggers were clean shaven, the two accused in the dock the next morning were clearly hungover, one had a beard and the other about a weeks growth.
The two homicide officers were in later years implicated in police corruption and went to jail. They were involved in drugs and murder.
So many innocent in jail and the guilty still free due to police corruption.

Teens are CHILDREN!
There brains are not fully developed and a number of these children have had troubled backgrounds. They should have been helped before things reached this stage.

I cannot stand some of the families of these disgusting criminals. To mock the victims families in court just goes to show where the criminal learned all their behaviors. All the yelling and screaming for the person who killed someone but where were you as a parent to teach them right from wrong. They clearly care about nobody but themselves but if it was their son that was killed they would cause a major scene. Absolutely despicable human beings in every way possible.

#2 An autistic child with developmental issues confesses after a 5-hour unrecorded interrogation? This has echoes of the Central Park 5 where the police keep hammering at a vulnerable person until they confess just to make it stop, often after being told they might go home if they just say they did it. Even his parents didn't think he killed his brother.

#5 what the heck was that?
