ОтветитьThank you for this. I'm pushing 70 and doing this in the morning feels so great. It reduces incidence of pain and muscle strains. When I skip a couple days I start getting stiff and sore. Lesson in this: don't skip!Going to do some manual labor today so I'm starting with this routine and some strategically placed arnica oil.

Why did I feel like I was being reborn as I came out of holding myself. And then i told myself I love me, and I love my body and and no one will ever hurt me again. And then you said thank you and I just cried more. Wow. Why was this so powerful? This is the first week about 5 days straight of doing this. Never been so powerful like that. Truly thank you. I feel new. I feel like I will Cherish myself more than I ever had before.

ОтветитьI cut out coffee a couple days ago, and my anxiety has been through the roof, in addition to some other unpleasant symptoms. Just did this, and practically fell asleep on the mat afterward. Symptoms improved, at least for the moment. Thank you!

What is disconcerting to me is the postlude in which you talk about a hip opening video but the tone of voice and the brightness of the recording disturbs the mood that you have just so successfully helped us to achieve please reconsider the volume of that trailer or making it less jarring for us.
