I love the song to this movie. Im happy to watch this. I've been to Poland 13 years ago for 6 weeks. I was blessed to go. My close and best friends are from Poland. Im involved with the local Polonia for many years here now. I know broken Polish. I want to learn more. I have wonderful boyfriend he's originally from Poland. He came to the USA at 35 years. He has treated me like im a treasure. We see each other quite a few times a week.Our love and connection keeps getting stronger and stronger. Im blessed to have him. I don't know why but Jan Onufry Zagloba is my favorite character in this movie, he somewhat reminds me of Gimli for some reason.

This movie is like wine. I needed years and Hollywood to collapse under it's own crap to appreciate this beautiful movie. Still montage could be better and Wolodyjowskis fight is very, very bad compared to Potop.

One of my favorite historical pieces because despite being polish it's not idolizing their own perspective which is an insanely rare characteristic in this particular movie genre.

My favorite book. Thank you for uploading! I have a digital download of the movie. The picture quality is much better in this version, but it feels like some of the background music is super quiet (example, the first dancing scene in Helens dining hall).

I love this movie SO MUCH. Arguably, Potop is the best one in the Trilogy, but this will always be my personal favorite. Plus, the score is exhilarating.

A great movie, in which Ukrainians are shown surprisingly likeable, pan Hoffman managed to make not a propaganda film but a masterpiece, that satisfies both sides.
I recommend it for viewing and I enjoy watching it from time to time.)
