It's likely fake (staged, scripted) for one simple reason: If the Bulls mascot didn't have the woman's permission to scoop her up and carry her away, that would be a crime and a tort (something to get sued over). Ditto for dumping the drink on the guy, and slapping him. Assault. Battery. Even if Chicago police wouldn't make any arrest, it's something he could sue for, for a huge amount of money, and racking up a big legal bill with the Bulls' legal defense team. So, the Bulls probably got with these people ahead of time and got their consent to use them to pull this stunt for publicity purposes. It "IS" very entertaining, though.
