I just got Fedora 39 KDE installed on my laptop installed. I like Fedora 39 KDE because it's more responsive and has more customization than Windows 11. It's also faster and smoother. I don't really play games on my laptop so I'm good with KDE Fedora 39. I 'm enjoying Fedora KDE 39 so far.

I think the only real change in 39 is dnf5 will be defaulted and a new kernel.

Do we need to install extra codecs and rpm-fusion in this release since we have the option to allow 3. party software during installation? Thanks for another wonderful video.

I was a Ubuntu user since a long. But now switch to Fedora 38 as I was facing some issues with it. FEDORA, Its such a peace of mind. 😊. I don't think I will be using Ubuntu again.

Fedora 39, fluter instalador ficou para de trás, DNF 5 ficou para trás!!! Não se percebe a correria.

Ubuntu 23.10, depois de sair teve confusão no instalador ninguém percebe como isso foi possível passar para o público em geral através do download não é sério mas da mau imagem, ate agora continua bloqueado para download permitindo instalação de pacotes na totalidade sem instalação minima.😮

Awaiting the KDE flavor. Right now, I'm using 38 KDE ver., kernel 6.5.6, with Wayland, CloudFlare Warp, up to date ClamAV. It's on dual boot with Windows10 , on a SecureBoot activated UEFI BIOS - the installation went smoothly , SecureBoot was ON when installed ! For comparison, there are some Distros which still can not be installed on a SecureBoot ON Bios ! eg.: MXLinux, PCLinuxOS, Slackware?! - in the year 2023.... kind of s..ks... Otherwise Fedora38 KDE version also s...ks... ClamAV reported 133 possible infected files, about 130 for LibreOffice and other 3 which by the way can not be deleted by ClamAV ?! ( maybe because Fedora is an immutable distro ?! , not sure... ) Also noticed that despite showing using less RAM than Windows10, the Fan is starting more often on Fedora than on Win10.... Also, Discover - software center of KDE - is crapy . So , in my opinion Linux still is not matching Windows as a DesktopOS ( servers, etc other story ...), thinks are improving, but the percentage of Linux desktop users is very small comparing with WindowsOS 😀😀 This is good , because not many Viruses / Malware for LInux , acclaimed by many " a very secure OS", but on some distros even the firewall is not started by default, you have to do it manually .... ( idiots developers ...... )

Package manager is still a disaster and most mirrors aren't synced up...
