Ive noticed. It makes it harder to build teams. Id defo use a hydro claymore for traversing world. I think they do this to keep you building karge variety of teams. Im sure they will break this trend soon though.

here's a tip: diluc can do his own vaporise if you combo normal attacks and his e, he does decently impressive damage wirh this type of set too

If you use C2 Barbara you can add extra hydro damage percent to Eula.

Now that I think about it, maybe a team like Eula Candace Kazuha Bennett would work. No more pyro application but the burst swirls.
