I would say I am a beginner, so do you have like beginner videos workouts that I could do and then work my way up to like an intermediate level and so on? Thank you so much for this!

ОтветитьJust put the incline to the max at 15% with a speed of at least 3mph, and walk for 20-30 min not holding onto the treadmill. 👍
