This film is truly disturbing but also tragic! Love it! Edit: Also, Toni got screwed out of an award! Her acting in this is another level!
ОтветитьBro that dude isn’t creepy…he’s down right terrifying!
ОтветитьThe shadow falling over Peter's body is actually that of his mother levitating to the tree house, not his soul leaving his body. I also don't think Peter died, if he did then how could he have been used as Paimon's new body? If Paimon could inhabit a dead body then surely he would have just settled for Charle's dead body. Also in the video it is said that 'because of Charles' death, Lee was unable to give Paimon a vessel", so those two things stated in the video seem contradictory i.e. Peter dying and Charles' death preventing Paimon from using his body as a vessel.
ОтветитьI work in a cinema so we talk about a lot of movies, my colleague mentions that he didn't realise Annie was using a piano string to saw through her neck. he said he rewatched and realised it was a piano string because a few moments prior to this you can hear the sound of a piano string being cut.
Ответитьamazingly written film that is way to in depth for an average watcher
ОтветитьOne of my favorite scenes is the reverse jump scare with her mom in the room, it was such crazy misdirection when I first saw it cause of course you’re thinking oh here comes the jump scare then it never comes, and then when it does it comes in so smoothly and with no music.
ОтветитьThe mother’s name is Ellen. Leigh is the family surname. That level of detail amongst several other incorrect things shows this video needed more research.
Ответить“It’s just a movie”
Movies are behavior templates.
This movie kinda messed me up for a time. I was impressed.
ОтветитьI just noticed they killed the dog.. biggest tragedy in the film😢😢😢
ОтветитьReally? Paimon? Like the cute tiny animegirl companion from Genshin?
Ответитьthere are waaaay more cult members… pretty much everyone that wears red or blue, even the university is part of it 😵💫
ОтветитьI believe the shadow at the end isn’t his soul, but it’s the Mom floating to the tree house without her head.
ОтветитьToni Collette's back must still be hurting today after fully carrying this film in its entirety.. one of her absolute best roles. The scream, in particular, that she lets out upon finding the body the next morning stands out for me.
ОтветитьSought
Ответить"There are many theories for the miniatures. Personally, i believe the only one I've actually heard."
ОтветитьWatching it first time i was like wow. Second time i watched it focusing my attention on details and connections between each scene and i was blown away even more then first time. Third time iwatched it for admiration. This director is freakin awesome. Hope he makes more films like this
