ОтветитьIt’s a struggle I go before work and I SWEAT!!! I go home and the back of my hair is drenched in sweat. I don’t wash my hair everyday, so I have to blow dry it dry after my body shower. The struggle is REAL🤣😭

ОтветитьDid you drink your protein mix in the beginning? or after? sorry if i missed something, and two other things- your shampooing, we arent supposed to wash our hair every time, we over wash our hair and i believe that makes it harder to have healthy hair and even hair re growth. So dont even apologize

if you wanna keep your hair healthy while you are in chlorine so often use a detoxifying shampoo to get rid of the harsh chemicals in the pool that go into your hair and then use a moisturizing conditioner and you can also use a bond repairing hair mask for extra moisture and to restore your hair i hope this helps :)

ОтветитьWhile looking at the super set, I can recognize your strong muscle is gaining anymore. 4 years ago I started to Train at gym I was be stopping and kept doing workouts at Home. You only need to stay moving out.

ОтветитьI love this! One thing profesionales recommend is to do your lifting before you do cardio or running. (Unless ur a profesional athlete) because it takes up all of your energy and muscle growth becomes less. Doing your cardio after also has some other benefits that I can’t name of the top off my head 😅 anyways love this! You motivate me so much ❤

ОтветитьNot trying to assume anything about your mental health, but when I was 16 I was depressed and anorexic. I could barely complete the bare minimum of getting out of bed, getting to practice, and going to class. Not to mention I was told to never weight-lift l. Now I feel perfectly healthy, balanced, I weight-lift/run all the time, and I couldn’t be happier. As happy as I am for you, I mourn the loss for my 16 year old self who couldn’t be like you at the time. Make sure you stay motivated and do what makes you happy, your future self in your 20s will thank you :)
