This is a very enjoyable build. Limited stickers and interesting, unique pieces are used. The fix for the sloppy rear end is a very simple two-brick affair which many have posted. I know that some people have complained about the colour but the building experience is top-notch and bound to convert many non-believers.

I'm someone who's not bothered about accuracy therefore the delicacy of it just ruins it for me. Gonna be customising the pagani to make it more sturdy

I just want Lego to not be damn expensive i want the 2010 Lego prices 😒

why is my back engine part not in good place it is lower than the car and gets dragged around so it doesn’t move probably don’t know what error i made i followed the manual step by step

The only thing holding me back from buying this set is the ugly colour. Imagine if Lego had released it in metallic silver? 🤤

Built this set today! I wasn't a fan of how the rear piece connected, it feels very loose and easy to break. Overall, not my favorite car. There are other more popular Pagani's they could have modeled and the rear proportions are just off. I understand the limitations of lego building, but it's just a bit off. Not the worst set and happy to have it in my collection.

Fix you used, is the easiest one. And position really depends on brick you try to use. I had some spare parts from Countach, so my "lock" is kinda low enough, to not disturb the shape of the car. Really, shame on Lego - they should have thought of that, because it affects, both visual presence of model, and the playablity of it.

i love the utopia so i’ll definitely need to pick this up, along with the ferrari because it’s my dream car

I think that if LEGO were to give us cars like Ferrari F50, BMW M3, Toyota Supra (F&F), Dodge Viper, Ford Mustang etc. I honestly believe lots of people would buy them almost instantly regardless of any issues. I had some of these as Burago models and I still love them so much to this day.

Speed champions could be 14+ given how accurate they are and all older collectors love them

Here's a simple solution to that wobbly tail assembly. On step 15, omit the 2x1 rounded plate-with-holes. Just plug the clips into the 2x1 'porthole' brick, about halfway. This will give you enough depth to seat the tail assembly snugly. It also helps to make sure the taillights are pushed forward on their hinges, up against the body.

I can see why Lego didn't advise this as it probably goes against spec to leave a piece half-inserted. But you'll enjoy the stability of the end result.

my stickers were so dark didn't even match the grey of the bricks like yours

The cars are starting to look really samey. Which is not really a Lego problem and more a real car manufacturing problem. It used to be so amazing when it was just Ferrari against Lamborghini but now there are just all these try hards that look near identical.

Anyone else have an issue with the mini fig not fitting when they have hair instead of the helmet?

Looks and complex details. The very most you can "play with" is driving the car back and forth. Lego has plenty of play focused themes, speed champions is one of the few detail focused ones.

Nice try, Lego. But no perfect.

I am disappointed that even with the deeper base plate this figure can only be seated with the helmet on. No clearance for any hair piece. Otherwise I love it. Looks like a Batmobile that Bruce could only fit in with a helmet. LOL

In my opinion, it‘s getting more and more a display model, and I quite like this. Singe the models are 8w, it is less playable, cause they don‘t fit onto the new road plates, at least two next to each other.
I‘m excited to see what‘s coming next. I would like to see some fantastic classic (Movie) Cars like the Bond Lotus Esprit or some new LM Models, maybe Porsche 911GT1 or the peugeot 908, Glickenhaus SCC007

Not too big in size nor complex, detailed cars, affordable price, lots of choice…
As a causal AFOLs I really like this theme.
