Paul you often refer to your Video, can you tell me the name of it, and I will see if I can find it on Amazon. I love watching you paint and all the comments you make. I'm going to try to paint your Pastel Seascape, it won't be as good as yours as in a previous comment I told you I am very much a beginner with Oil Paints. Used to water colour and Acrylics but never oils, so hoping mine will be successful.
Many thanks for your tutorials I love them
Paul I have contacted you before, you may remember and you were very helpful. I have been trying to do my own version of the pastel sea painting you did. I have done some of it but I think I haven't been generous enough with the colours, it so far looks rather more than pastel indeed it looks far too pale!!! Can I add further colour over what I've done so far, also the actual sea bit seems far more blue than yours even though on the palette it looks a lovely lavender colour but when put against the sky colour it doesn't work for me, should I add more crimson to the mix?
I am still very much a beginner with oils, done water colours, Acrylics and pastels over the years, but want to get the hang of these oils, it's very different in use to the other paints I have used. Maybe I'm not loading the brush with enough paint, or it's not fluid enough .
Sorry to ask what may seem to be a silly question but I need the answers before I can properly progress. I'm sure other beginners don't want to appear to ask silly questions , but if you don't know, you need to know.
Many thanks
Sue
Ladies love pink seascapes ❤❤❤
ОтветитьBest tutorials out there. Excellent description of all the little tips and techniques. And at the speed I think it was meant to be but not making the painter feel rushed. I usually watch tutorials several times and then try it completely on my own but this one I’m going to try and paint along. Thank you!!
ОтветитьAnother great seascape. Love the way you reflected the sun in the sea behind the wave. Another one to try. Thanks again for the advice and video
ОтветитьCzłowieku, jakbyś tu był. Wieczór na Costa Adeje. Dzięki za konstrukcję fali 👍
ОтветитьVery good tutor, learn a lot from you. Thanking you.
ОтветитьVery good
ОтветитьHappy New Year, Paul!🎉I was just going through your channel, looking for something to paint tomorrow, to start off 2023. I’ve painted a couple of seascapes and they turned out fine but I’m definitely much more comfortable painting mountains. I just love the colors in this painting so I’m stepping outside of my comfort zone and will start this tomorrow. I may have to paint it twice because I have a feeling my mom will want this one. She and I took many trips to Maui and Kauai together but haven’t been for a few years due to her health(she’s 88). Our favorite thing to do was sit on the lanai, watch the waves and talk. Thanks for the inspiration!
ОтветитьA beautiful painting and fantastic instruction - definitely going to try this one!
ОтветитьBeautiful
ОтветитьPaul! This is a great tutorial, I enjoyed seeing that wave come together, in fact I might give this a go as I really suck at waves, haha hard to believe considering I can paint supercars tearing up roads, but can't do waves 😂
ОтветитьHi my friend. Thanks for the great video you shared with us. very interesting video really great thank you for sharing the video please keep in touch., 💖, 💕 ,, 💖.,💖.., ,, 💞,.
ОтветитьI saw this one on facebook and I think that it's gorgeous! I need to try this kind of waves with watercolors... amazing! 🤩🤩
ОтветитьAbsolutely gorgeous seascape, Paul. So pretty color compositions. I still recall Bob Ross classes. He used to say 'chhuuu' while painting the waves for the illusion of dropping down the waters near the eye and You did say once Lol Great tutorial. Enjoyed this lovely demonstration. 🥰❤
ОтветитьBeautiful . yes 😀
ОтветитьAwesome as always.
As a beginner i cant really tell how much liquid white you put on the canvas. Is it possible to have a full time without skipping moments of the liquid white application?
Very nice, your tutorials are the best.. are you using the Ross canvas? I ask because I see your canvas is a grey...the Ross canvas comes grey - not white. Thank you
ОтветитьAs always Paul, a beautiful, well explained tutorial!! It's so great to see your channel growing my friend!! Wishing you all the success, well deserved!!😀:-)Robbie
ОтветитьGreat painting. I was just having this very issue. I tried blue moon and failed. Would you think about doing night light?
ОтветитьOne of your best Tutorials Paul.
ОтветитьVery stunning, Paul. 👍
ОтветитьNEW FAVORITE painting of yours!!! Stunning Paul ❤❤❤
