ОтветитьI had a spinal cord injury after a surgery went wrong. I am at the point in my therapy that I need to work on balance. I am so delighted to find your video. You will be in my home at least once a day. Thank you for having this available to us who cannot afford to have a therapist come into the house each day!

ОтветитьI think these are my new favorite workout videos. I am in my 70's and do not drive, so walk everywhere. I tend to overdo general "beginner" exercise videos, resulting in muscle spasms and set-backs, as I assume I have the flex of a younger person. These are very good, lightly challenging exercises, and for balance they are awesome. Thank you for this series - I have subscribed and will continue to recommend and send links to my friends.
ОтветитьThat was hard but I did it my replacement knee did good not as good as normal one. But I did it. I am proud of that. I am saving this one and will come back weekly to those favorite ones.Till they are mastered.Thank you for getting to my weak points.Great workout ! That last movement with feet in front of each other never did that before and it was so hard.Had a chair and door frame ready to grab and I did. But kept going ! WOW !
