Chop addicted legs... What we have become in RimWorld?

You can also just build your kitchen in the freezer and put the Meals stockpile behind your cook, then they don't even have to be hauled because the cook will just drop it into the proper pile. As long as the stockpiles to either side of them are always stocked, they should drop it behind. Saves time on hauling and energy from the freezer being opened again and the penalty for cooking at such a low temp is minor.

You can also make the kamikaze boomrats eat corpses this way yiu have walking bombs in the battles and corpse cleaners and you can also make a dedicated freezer for bodies and an animal zone there. Sry for my novels :)

Tip 9 is just insane. You have a risk of failing the surgery and bionic legs aren't cheap, in crafting or buying them.

dont feel like dealing with dead raiders bodies??... make a stockpile for just them in water or marsh.... and let nature take care of it...naturally

Pro tip - nutrient paste dispenser. Downsides are - needs components and power to function, and gives mood debuff, but upsides are much better: only 6 pieces of food to make a meal (simple and fine meals need 10), so you can live on smaller amount of food; also it removes need in cooking at all, so no more food poisoning and no more need in cook. Instead of spending most of the time at kitchen, your colonist will be free to do anything else

Tips nr. 8 is good only for cold biome since corpses rot fast and they won't eat rotten corpses.

On addictions - for colonists with chemical interest/fascination, keep your main drugs (and beer) in their own small rooms with a stack of wood next to them. Next, if characters go on a binge from mental break or chemical fascination, wall up the door, they can't deconstruct or attack it during their binge.

I'm into the first week of playing Rimworld. I'm starting to understand the comments about losing your life in this game. The fights are starting to happen because of lack of sleep. I'm hearing it everyday now. As the Mrs. can't understand how I can go to work with 2 hours of sleep 4 days in a row. The naps are real after work. Someone chop off my legs and give me bionic legs please. The addiction is REAL!

Finally! A cure to addiction! If your addicted to a drug, just cut off both your legs! Try gettin more cigs if you ain't got no walkers! ;)

Instead of chopping off the legs of colonists that have an addiction, just don't let them use the drug in the first place. put it into a caravan and go sell it. or just don't buy or produce the drug.

I love your tips, some of them are actually a tip that is several in one, but still good advice,
As for boar, I believe several animals will eat dead bodies, not just boars.
The Hunt in Rain for Boomaloupes was something I started doing a good bit in game as a means to clear a map that got too many of them but was one that I realize would help alot of people. Good choice!

there is a better way for addictions make a sauna a very hot room with heaters once they get knocked out from the heatstroke then reduce the heaters temperature until they do not get a worse heatstroke or they heal

I hunt them to burn down the trees so invaders have less cover when they come..
I almost always clean the trees around the base for the same.

i done the kitchen stockpile thing aswell but didn´t know that the stool enhances thier reach

You can put addicts, divorced pawns, or any other pawns with mood debuffs that last a few days/weeks in a cryptosleep casket. The duration on their debuff will go down even though thier asleep, you don't have to feed them either. Only downside is they will be sick for a few days after.
