ОтветитьIf anyone thinking to do this , just don't , even if u do this u will loose the muscle mass which u gain in wight training and u will be left with a skinny body which will be a problem rather eat 500 less calories do Wight lifting 4 times a week , 2 times low intensity cardio and hight protien and fiber with these u will gain muscles and loose weight, and remember one kg muscle mass is equal to 1 kg fat , so if ur weight scale isn't going down and u hv seen some changes that means u hv gain muscle mass which is positive things best of luck 😊
