ОтветитьThe single biggest problem with almost all diets claiming to have the effect of losing weight quickly is that they aren't sustainable. It sure will get rid of weight quickly at the beginning but the problem is that once you start, you have to stick to that diet for the rest of your life if you don't want its effects to be reversed. It doesn't matter how self-regulating you are, as humans, we are vulnerable to attractions and you simply won't be able to stick to the diet. The diet must be sustainable, meaning that you won't have to force yourself to do it. That's not saying that you shouldn't regulate yourself at all, its that you must realize that you cannot resist all the attractions as a human being.

As a nutrition coach for digital nomads, it's hard to compete with people selling those "get thin overnight" diet plans. It takes time and effort to make a sustainable change, but in the long run, it's so much better for our physical and mental health! Thanks for sharing such an insightful and truthful video. :)

Ответитьyou can just eat like a "normal person"(you can eat everything but with moderation), and do gym or run on your neighborhood(physical exercises are good for your body). In short terms "Just live your daily life with moderation", i repeat, the key for a better life is the "MODERATION"

Get a popular diet plan program called Okibetonic Secrets (do a search on google). Thanks to it I've lost lots of weight.
